We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Polemidia, Limassol store, supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Your Role
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Supervise and motivate team members during shifts
- Assist in staff scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational performance
- Support cost control and help achieve business targets
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and labour laws
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance follow-ups
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Support administrative tasks and reporting as required

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in Greek is essential; good command of English required
- Customer-focused with a hands-on and proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Cyprus health & safety, food hygiene, and labor laws
